28 g. Anthony’s Goods Tigernut Flour 7 g. Earth Balance Vegan Spread Sprinkle of salt 13 g. Anthony’s Goods Collagen Powder 16 g. Almond Butter ¼ tsp vanilla 7 g. Anthony’s Goods Erythritol 7 g. dairy-free chocolate chips
In a small bowl, add all ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir to combine into a dough. If needed, add 1 tsp of water at a time until desired cookie dough consistency is reached. Stir in the chocolate chips until combined. Refrigerate the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes and then serve.
