1 cup Anthony's Brown Teff Flour

1/2 cup Anthony's Organic Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup Anthony's Organic Brown Flaxseed Meal

1/2 cup warm water

1/2 cup Anthony's Organic Coconut Sugar

1/2 cup Anthony's Organic Cane Sugar

1/4 cup avocado oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup chopped walnuts, plus more for topping
- Preheat the oven to 350F and oil a muffin tin with avocado oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the teff flour and cocoa powder.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flaxseed meal and water, until a gel-like mixture forms. Then, add the coconut sugar, cane sugar, avocado oil, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix again. The texture of the batter will be thick. Fold in the walnuts.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin tin and sprinkle more chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a few brownies comes out clean.
