• 6 tbsp tahini • 5 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Culinary Cocoa Powder, plus more for coating • 4 tbsp honey • 2 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of salt
Instructions
These delicate tahini truffles are so easy to make. Dusted with plenty of cocoa powder, they are chewy, chocolatey perfection. 1. Mix all of the ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth and shiny. Place the bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes. The mixture will harden a bit and be easier to shape. 2. Roll the mixture into balls and coat them with more cocoa powder. 3. Serve!
