Ingredients
• ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Pumpkin Seeds • ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Sunflower Seeds • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Unblanched Almond Flour • ¼ cup tahini • 3 tbsp runny honey • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Barley Grass Powder • ⅓ cup Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut, for coating
Instructions
If you’re a fan of tahini, this one’s for you. The creamy sesame paste teams up with honey to balance out the grassiness of the barley grass powder, helping you sneak more fiber, vitamins and antioxidants into your diet. 1. Add the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to the bowl of a food processor and process until crumbly. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and process again until a dough-like ball forms. You will have to scrape down the sides of the bowl a few times. Add a little splash of almond milk to help get things going. 3. Remove the mixture from the food processor and roll it into small balls in the palms of your hands. Roll the balls around in a bowl filled with shredded coconut until they are completely coated. 4. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
