Instructions
What happens when you cross a strawberry smoothie with good old-fashioned oatmeal and refrigerate it while you sleep? Magic! AKA creamy strawberry overnight oats!1. Add the strawberries, almond milk and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste for sweetness and add maple syrup, if desired.
2. Pour the strawberry mixture into a container and stir in the rolled oats. Set in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
3. To serve, swirl some almond butter inside a jar and scoop in the overnight oats. Top with shredded coconut, fresh strawberries, or whatever else your heart desires!
