2. Add the vegetable broth, potatoes, sweet potatoes, split red lentils, tomato (or pepper) paste and the spices. Stir to combine and let simmer until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the kale and let it cook down.
4. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast for an extra kick of flavor.
