Ingredients

16 oz elbow macaroni

4 cups unsweetened plant milk

2/3 cup Anthony's Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast

2 tbsp Anthony's Organic Tapioca Flour

2 tbsp Anthony's Organic Corn Starch

2 tsp white miso paste

2 tsp salt

3/4 tsp Anthony's Organic Turmeric Root Powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

In a medium pot, cook your pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set it aside.

Add all the remaining ingredients to a saucepan and whisk them together before turning on the heat.

Turn the heat to medium-low and stir the mixture frequently until it comes to a boil.

Once it comes to a boil, stir constantly for a minute before turning off the heat. The mixture will thicken.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix gently until it is well coated.
