Ingredients

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni

  • 4 cups unsweetened plant milk

  • 2/3 cup Anthony's Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast

  • 2 tbsp Anthony's Organic Tapioca Flour

  • 2 tbsp Anthony's Organic Corn Starch

  • 2 tsp white miso paste

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 3/4 tsp Anthony's Organic Turmeric Root Powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, cook your pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set it aside.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients to a saucepan and whisk them together before turning on the heat.
  • Turn the heat to medium-low and stir the mixture frequently until it comes to a boil.
  • Once it comes to a boil, stir constantly for a minute before turning off the heat. The mixture will thicken.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix gently until it is well coated.
  • Enjoy warm.
