Instructions
Creamy maple dijon dressing gives this seasonal fall salad amazing flavor. Add the crunch from pecans and pumpkin seeds and the sweetness of apple and dried fruits for a magical combination.1. In a medium skillet, toast the pecans and pumpkin seeds until browned and fragrant.
2. Meanwhile, chop and assemble the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Is a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients until smooth.
4. Toss the salad with the dressing and toasted nuts.
