Ingredients for the salad: • 16 oz bag of Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced • 1 Cripps pink apple, thinly sliced • ½ cup dried cherries • ¾ cup pecans, toasted • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Pumpkin Seeds, toasted • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Dried Mulberries Ingredients for the maple dijon dressing: • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard • 3 tbsp maple syrup • 3 tbsp olive oil • ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar • ½ tsp salt, or more to taste • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Creamy maple dijon dressing gives this seasonal fall salad amazing flavor. Add the crunch from pecans and pumpkin seeds and the sweetness of apple and dried fruits for a magical combination. 1. In a medium skillet, toast the pecans and pumpkin seeds until browned and fragrant. 2. Meanwhile, chop and assemble the salad ingredients in a large bowl. 3. Is a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients until smooth. 4. Toss the salad with the dressing and toasted nuts. 5. Serve!
