Ingredients
• 1 cup fresh raspberries • ½ tbsp Anthony’s Goods Black Chia Seeds • ½ tsp vanilla extract • ½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Chia-fy your PB&J with this recipe made of whole fresh raspberries and flavored with vanilla. Chia seeds add fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and antioxidants to this ruby, naturally sweetened spread. The recipe makes enough to top two slices of toast, or to dollop a sizable amount onto two bowls of oatmeal. Feel free to double or triple the recipe and store in an airtight container in the fridge. 1. In a small saucepan, add the raspberries and vanilla extract. Cook on medium heat and stir until the berries break apart. 2. Stir in the chia seeds and taste for sweetness. Add maple syrup if needed. 3. Let cool to slather inside a PB&J or serve warm on a bowl of oatmeal.
