Pumpkin Spice Roasted Nuts

Ingredients

Ingredients for the nuts:
	•	1 cup Anthony’s Goods Raw Cashews
	•	1 cup Anthony’s Good Pumpkin Seeds
	•	3 tsp coconut oil, melted
	•	3 tsp pumpkin spice mix (see below for ingredients)
	•	¼ tsp salt 
	•	3 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Coconut Sugar

Ingredients for the pumpkin spice mix:
	•	1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Cassia Cinnamon
	•	1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Ground Ginger
	•	1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Cloves (ground)
	•	1 tsp ground nutmeg
	•	A few shakes of allspice

Instructions

These pumpkin spiced nuts are delicious over yogurt or on their own! Make a homemade spice mix and save what’s left for other fall-flavored creations.

1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the spices for the pumpkin spice mix. 

3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the cashews and pumpkin seeds on it. 

4. Toss the nuts with the coconut oil, salt, coconut sugar and pumpkin spice mix. Mix well with your hands and spread everything evenly on the baking sheet.

5. Bake for 10 minutes, toss, then bake for another 5-10 minutes. 

6. Let cool before enjoying.
