• 1 ¼ cup non-dairy milk • 2 oz dark chocolate, chopped • 2 tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder • ¼ cup pumpkin puree • 1 tsp vanilla extract • ½ tsp Anthony’s Goods Cassia Cinnamon Powder, plus more for dusting on top • ¼ tsp Anthony’s Goods Ground Ginger Root • Pinch ground nutmeg • Pinch Anthony’s Goods Cloves, ground • Anthony’s Goods Vanilla Marshmallow Bits, for topping
Instructions
Here's a pumpkin twist on a cozy fall favorite: hot chocolate. 1. In a small saucepan, add the milk, chocolate and cocoa powder. Stir and place on low heat. 2. Whisk in the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and spices until smooth. 3. Let simmer for a few minutes, then pour into mugs and top with all the marshmallow bits your heart desires!
