Ingredients

½ cup Anthony’s Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder

½ cup nut butter
-
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

¼ cup rolled oats
-
1–2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Splash of plant milk, if needed

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Add a splash of plant milk to bring everything together, if needed.
- Roll into bite-sized balls.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes & enjoy!
