Ingredients
• 2 ¼ cups Anthony’s Goods Oat Flour • ½ cup Blanched Almond Flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Cassia Cinnamon Powder • ¼ tsp Anthony’s Goods Clove (ground) • ½ tsp baking soda • 1 cup almond milk • ¼ cup fresh orange juice • Zest of one orange • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted • ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Coconut Sugar • ¼ cup honey • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1 cup Anthony's Goods Walnut Halves and Pieces, chopped • Powdered sugar, for dusting on top
Instructions
Banana bread is great but have you tried orange bread? This orange loaf is flavored with freshly squeezed orange juice and orange zest, and studded with crunchy walnuts. 1. Preheat the oven to 350F and grease your loaf pan (or line it with parchment paper). 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and clove. 3, In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, orange juice, orange zest, coconut oil, coconut sugar, honey and vanilla extract. 4. Pour the wet ingredients in with the dry and mix until combined. Fold in the walnuts at the end. 5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before removing from the pan and dust with powdered sugar before enjoying.
