Moringa Blueberry Waffles
2 eggs 1/4 cup oil (mild-tasting olive oil or melted coconut oil) 1/4 cup Anthony's Cane Sugar 1/3 cup almond milk 2 cup Anthony's Blanched Almond Flour 1 tablespoon Anthony's Moringa Powder Pinch salt 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
Add almond flour, moringa powder, and salt; mix well.In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, cane sugar, and almond milk. Add almond flour, moringa powder, and salt; mix well. Fold in blueberries. Cook batter by 1/4 to 1/3 cupfuls on a hot greased waffle iron (grease well - batter tends to stick) per manufacturer's instructions until waffles are golden brown.
