Instructions
Za’atar, briny olives and tangy feta shine in this crunchy and colorful green lentil salad.1. Add the lentils and water to a small saucepan and cook until tender. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
2. Add the cooled lentils and remaining salad ingredients to a bowl.
