Ingredients for the salad:
	•	1 heart of romaine lettuce
	•	3 Persian cucumbers, cut in half and sliced into half moons
	•	6 small Roma tomatoes, chopped
	•	6 green onions, chopped
	•	7 radishes, sliced
	•	1 small green bell pepper, chopped
	•	Big handful of mint, chopped
	•	Small bunch parsley, chopped
	•	1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Sumac
	•	2 loaves pita bread, toasted until crunchy
Ingredients for the dressing:
	•	3 tbsp olive oil
	•	2 tbsp lemon juice
	•	1 large clove garlic, pressed
	•	1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Sumac
	•	½ tsp dried mint
	•	½ tsp salt

The star of this crunchy and refreshing salad is sumac. Make sure not to skip it if you want an authentic, mouth-watering fattoush.

1. Chop the vegetables and herbs and add them to a large bowl with the sumac.

2. Toast the pita bread in a toaster oven until golden-brown and crunchy.

3. Meanwhile, whisk the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Add it to the salad and toss.

4. Break the toasted pita bread into bite-size pieces and sprinkle them on top of the salad right before serving.
