1 ripe, mashed banana

3 T peanut butter

1/3 cup Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut

1 T Anthony’s Goods Coconut Flour

2 T chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl until combined. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and added it to a greased cookie sheet. Use the scoop to make 6-8 cookies. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for at least 10 minutes.
