  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Anthony’s Organic Whole Psyllium Husks

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 cups water

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the water and stir to combine. Let the mixture rest and hydrate for a few minutes.
  3. Roll the dough into a ball and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece flat between two
    sheets of parchment paper.
  4. Cook the flatbread one at a time on a nonstick pan, flipping to ensure both sides are lightly browned.
  5. Enjoy with your favorite wrap fillings.
