Ingredients

1 cup Anthony’s Organic Oat Fiber Powder

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Anthony’s Organic Whole Psyllium Husks

1 tsp salt

2 cups water

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
- Add the water and stir to combine. Let the mixture rest and hydrate for a few minutes.
- Roll the dough into a ball and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece flat between two
sheets of parchment paper.
- Cook the flatbread one at a time on a nonstick pan, flipping to ensure both sides are lightly browned.
- Enjoy with your favorite wrap fillings.
