Ingredients
• 1 piece fresh ginger (4 inches, peeled and cut into small pieces) • ½ tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Turmeric Powder • ¼ tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Ground Ginger Root • 2 tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Tellicherry Peppercorn, freshly ground • ⅓ cup honey • ¼ cup lime juice • Pinch of salt • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Black Chia Seeds
Instructions
If you’re feeling under the weather or just want to rev up your immune system, this ginger tonic will do the trick. Made with a blend of good-for-you ingredients, this drink is a special kind of spicy that will have your throat feeling warm and fuzzy. Blend everything up and toss in some chia seeds for a dash of Omega-3s. 1. Place all of the ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and stir in the chia seeds. 3. Let the chia seeds hydrate for 10 minutes. 4. Stir well and serve chilled or over ice.
