Immunity Boost Ginger Tonic
• 1 piece fresh ginger (4 inches, peeled and cut into small pieces) • ½ tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Turmeric Powder • ¼ tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Ground Ginger Root • 2 tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Tellicherry Peppercorn, freshly ground • ⅓ cup honey • ¼ cup lime juice • Pinch of salt • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Black Chia Seeds

Blend everything up and toss in some chia seeds for a dash of Omega-3s. 1. Place all of the ingredients, except the chia seeds, in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher and stir in the chia seeds. 3. Let the chia seeds hydrate for 10 minutes. 4. Stir well and serve chilled or over ice.
