Ingredients for the potato thins: • 4-5 russet potatoes, sliced into thin rounds • ½ tsp salt • Olive oil, to toss • Mashed avocado, for serving Ingredients for the everything bagel seasoning: • 2 tsp Anthony’s Goods Unhulled White Sesame Seeds • 2 tsp Anthony’s Goods Black Sesame Seeds • 1 ½ tsp dried minced garlic • 1 ½ tsp dried minced onion • 1 tsp flaky sea salt • ½ tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
So much better than greasy potato chips! These crunchy potato thins are sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. Serve with mashed avocados for a delicious snack. 1. Preheat the oven to 425F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Thinly slice the potatoes and add them to a bowl. Sprinkle with the salt and drizzle with enough olive oil to coat the slices. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet (do not overlap them) and sprinkle generously with the everything bagel seasoning. 3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until browned and crunchy. 4. Serve with mashed avocados for dipping.
