Grilled Corn Salad
Ingredients for the salad: • 4 grilled corn cobs, kernels cut off • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half • 4 green onions, chopped • 2 avocados, chopped • ⅓ cup feta cheese • ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Pumpkin Seeds, toasted Ingredients for the dressing: • Juice of 1 lime • 2-3 tbsp olive oil • ¼ tsp Anthony’s Goods Ground Cumin Seed Power • ½ tsp smoked paprika • A few shakes cayenne pepper • A few shakes chili lime seasoning • Salt, to taste

Assemble the salad ingredients in a medium bowl. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. 4. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
