Give your breakfast oatmeal a glow up with a few shakes of turmeric. This recipe yields two bowls of creamy, comforting oats drowned in a zingy ginger blueberry sauce.
1. In a medium pot, bring the blueberry sauce ingredients to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the blueberries burst. Remove the pot from the heat and set aside for another 10 minutes for the sauce to thicken.
