2 cups Anthony’s Goods Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour

1 cup Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder

1 cup Anthony’s Goods Organic Cane Sugar

¾ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup avocado oil

¼ cup almond milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

⅔ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
These soft and chewy chocolate cookies are gluten free and delicious. A chocolate lover’s dream!1. Preheat the oven to 325F.
2. Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Add the wet ingredients and combine everything with a wooden spoon. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
4. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop small portions of the dough and roll them into a ball in the palm of your hands. Flatten them a bit before placing them on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until they feel set. (They will harden more as they cool.)
5. Let cool for 15 minutes before enjoying.
