Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup Anthony's Organic Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup Anthony's Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour

  • ½ cup Anthony's Organic Cane Sugar

  • 1 tsp Anthony's Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

  • pinch of salt

  • ½ cup sliced almonds

  • ¾ cup dried cranberries

  • ¾ cup unsweetened milk of choice (use plant milk if vegan)

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 tbsp orange juice

  • 1 tbsp orange zest

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients, then add in the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. When the 30 minutes are up, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350F.
  4. Shape the cookies on the baking sheet using a spoon and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden.
  5. Allow the cookies to fully cool before enjoying.
