1¼ cup Anthony's Organic Rolled Oats

1 cup Anthony's Organic Whole Grain Oat Flour

½ cup Anthony's Organic Cane Sugar

1 tsp Anthony's Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

pinch of salt

½ cup sliced almonds

¾ cup dried cranberries

¾ cup unsweetened milk of choice (use plant milk if vegan)

2 tbsp avocado oil

2 tbsp orange juice

1 tbsp orange zest

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients, then add in the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Cover the bowl and let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- When the 30 minutes are up, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350F.
- Shape the cookies on the baking sheet using a spoon and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to fully cool before enjoying.
