Ingredients
½ cup Anthony’s Goods Coconut Oil ¾ cup Anthony’s Goods Coconut Sugar 1 T honey 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp baking powder Dash of salt 1 cup Anthony’s Goods Culinary Cocoa Powder ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, combine the coconut oil, coconut sugar, and honey. Using a mixer, mix the oil and sugar until combined. Next, add the egg and vanilla. Mix the egg and vanilla into the coconut oil/coconut sugar mixture until mixed thoroughly. Add the baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder to the bowl. Beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, add the cookie dough to a cookie sheet leaving enough space between each cookie when they expand (typically 3 cookies in each row). Once all the dough is on the sheet, place the cookie sheet in the oven on the top or middle row. Bake the cookies for approximately 12-14 minutes. Once the cookies are cooked, remove the sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool. Once the cookies are cool serve or store in an airtight container.
