Cinnamon Raisin Pecan Bread

Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1 pkg active dry yeast
¼ cup avocado oil
3 cups white whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
½ cup brown sugar
1 T Anthony’s Goods Cassia Cinnamon
¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Maroo Raisins
¼ cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Add ingredients to bread machine & place on sweet bread setting, 2.0 lbs, & light crust.
It will take approximately 3 hours to bake.
Once the bread is baked, remove the pan from the appliance and then remove the bread from the pan.
Allow the bread to cool for 1 hour before slicing.
Enjoy with butter, peanut butter, jelly, etc.
