Ingredients
• 1 ¼ cups Anthony’s Goods Organic Rolled Oats • ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 ripe bananas, mashed • 2 ¼ cups almond milk • Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut, Cocoa Nibs and fresh raspberries, for topping • Maple syrup, for topping (optional)
Instructions
This healthy chocolate oatmeal is sweetened with ripe bananas and is full of antioxidants, thanks to a hefty dose of Anthony’s organic cocoa powder. Top with your favorites and enjoy! 1. In a bowl, mash the bananas and add them to a saucepan with the rolled oats, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and almond milk. Stir to combine and bring to a boil. 2. Reduce to a simmer and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes, until all the almond milk has been absorbed and the oats have thickened. 3. Transfer to a bowl and top with shredded coconut, cocoa nibs and raspberries. Drizzle with a little maple syrup for a touch of added sweetness.
