¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 ¼ cups almond milk

Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut, Cocoa Nibs and fresh raspberries, for topping

Maple syrup, for topping (optional)
Instructions
This healthy chocolate oatmeal is sweetened with ripe bananas and is full of antioxidants, thanks to a hefty dose of Anthony’s organic cocoa powder. Top with your favorites and enjoy!1. In a bowl, mash the bananas and add them to a saucepan with the rolled oats, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and almond milk. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce to a simmer and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes, until all the almond milk has been absorbed and the oats have thickened.
3. Transfer to a bowl and top with shredded coconut, cocoa nibs and raspberries. Drizzle with a little maple syrup for a touch of added sweetness.
