Chocolate Oat Milk
• 1 cup Anthony’s Goods Steel-Cut Oats • 4 cups water • 2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 4 pitted dates • Pinch of salt
Chocolate milk but make it oaty. This recipe is quick, easy and tastes just as rich and delicious as the original thing. 1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. 2. Pour the liquid through a mesh strainer and serve.* *Don’t throw out the oats. You can place them in a saucepan with a mashed banana, 2 cups almond/soy milk and some ground cinnamon to taste. Simmer until thickened and eat for breakfast!
