• 5 Bananas • 1 ½ cup dark chocolate chips • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Walnut Halves and Pieces • ½ cup Anthony’s Goods Raw Hazelnuts
Instructions
Healthy summer treats have never been easier than these chocolate-covered banana pops. 1. Chop the bananas in half and insert popsicle sticks through the center of each. 2. Heat a medium pan and add the walnuts and hazelnuts. Toast until fragrant, then remove from the heat and let cool. Chop into small pieces. 3. Melt the dark chocolate for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until it is melted and smooth. 4. Coat the bananas in the chocolate and sprinkle with the shredded coconut and chopped nuts. 5. Place in the freezer for at least an hour before enjoying.
