Ingredients
1 cup of Anthony’s Coconut Sugar ½ cup of peanut butter ½ cup of Anthony’s Coconut Oil 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla ½ cup of Anthony’s Collagen Peptide Powder 1 tsp baking powder Sprinkle of salt 3 Tbsp. Anthony's Cocoa Powder ½ cup old fashioned oats 1 cup of Anthony’s Coconut Flour ¼ cup of Anthony’s Brown Rice Flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a cookie sheet. Combine the sugar, peanut butter, and coconut oil in a large bowl and stir until a cream has formed. Add the eggs & vanilla, and mix until incorporated. In a separate bowl, combine the collagen peptide powder, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, oats, coconut flour, and brown rice flour. Stir to combine. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until a dough forms. Using a large cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and eat with a tall glass of milk!
