Ingredients
Ingredients for the base: • 1 ½ cups Anthony’s Goods Rolled Oats • ¼ cup sunflower seed butter • ¼ cup maple syrup Ingredients for the sunbutter layer: • ¾ cup sunflower seed butter • 2 tbsp maple syrup Ingredients for the top layer: • 140g dark chocolate, melted • Anthony’s Goods Sunflower Seeds, for topping
Instructions
Rolled oats, sunbutter and chocolate, oh my! Layer up these goodies for a healthy, delicious and no-bake sweet treat. 1. Prep a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the base layer together. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake liners and press it down into the bottom. 3. In a medium bowl, mix the sunflower seed butter and maple syrup. Spoon it evenly on top of the oat layers. 4. Top with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
