Ingredients
• 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained • ¼ cup Anthony’s Goods Organic Cocoa Powder • ¼ cup maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla extract • a splash of almond milk
Instructions
Some call this “chocolate hummus” but it’s more like bean-based Nutella. Sounds gross? We promise it’s actually a delicious, totally vegan and fiber-filled alternative to your favorite chocolate spread. 1. Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides and add little splashes of almond milk if the mixture gets stuck. 2. Serve as a dip with fruits, crackers and pretzels, or spread on a slice of bread!
