Instructions
Sweetened with ripe banana and an optional touch of maple syrup, this chocolate breakfast porridge is a healthy, hearty and happy way to start the day. Double the recipe if making breakfast for two.1. In a small pot, combine all of the ingredients and stir on medium-low heat until combined. Let the porridge cook until the buckwheat is chewy and tender.
2. Top with banana slices, shredded coconut and chopped roasted hazelnuts.
