Chocolate Ashwagandha Ice Cream
14 ounces full fat coconut milk 1 cup almond milk 1/4 cup Anthony's Cocoa Powder 2/3 cup Anthony's Coconut Sugar 1-1/2 teaspoon Anthony's Ashwagandha Dash salt 1/2 teaspoon Anthony's Xanthan Gum 1/2 cup chocolate chips
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and a little frothy. Churn in an ice cream maker per manufacturer's instructions until desired consistency is reached. Stir in chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
