1 cup Anthony's Organic Cane Sugar

1/2 cup water

1.5 tbsp Anthony's Organic French Lavender Petals

1 tbsp Anthony's Organic Lemon Juice Powder

2 tbsp Anthony's Organic Blueberry Powder

4 cups cold filtered water

Ice, for serving
1. In a small saucepan, bring the water and lavender petals to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the sugar. Stir until fully dissolved. Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes, then remove it from the heat and let it steep. The longer it steeps, the more lavender flavor the syrup will have. We recommend steeping for at least 3 hours. Strain the lavender out and store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
2. When you’re ready to make your lemonade, whisk the lemon juice powder, blueberry powder and 1/4 cup of the lavender syrup with 1 cup of warm water until fully dissolved.
3. Stir in the remaining 3 cups of cold water. Taste and add more syrup, if desired.
4. Serve over ice and enjoy!
