-2 cups almond milk -1/2 cup Anthony's Goods Chia Seeds -1/4 cup Anthony's Goods Blueberry Powder -3 tbsp maple syrup -1/2 tbsp vanilla extract -coconut yogurt, sliced almonds, shredded coconut and fresh fruit, for topping
Instructions
No fresh berries? No worries! Use Anthony's freeze-dried blueberry powder for a punch of color and flavor in this nutritious chia pudding recipe. 1. Whisk together all of the ingredients (except the toppings) in a medium bowl. Place the bowl in the fridge for at least an hour until the pudding is set. 2. Serve the pudding in individual bowls, with toppings listed above.
