This zesty asparagus dish is topped with toasted, buttery macadamia nuts. Pair it with any white fish for a 5 star combo.
1. Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Toss the asparagus with the minced garlic, olive oil and salt.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
4. In the meantime, add the chopped macadamia nuts to a small pan. Toast them over medium heat until browned and fragrant. Set aside.
5. When the asparagus is ready, squeeze the ½ lemon on top and sprinkle with the lemon zest and toasted macadamia nuts.
