    Real Brewers Yeast

    There are a bunch of people who don't know there's a difference in Brewer's Yeast & Nutritional Yeast. People, read the label. #1 No Fortified Anything. Brewers offers Way more Protein & Chromium. Just to mention a couple +++. Before any of the "hoopla" fitness nutrition, Brewers Yeast was used by weight lifters. When? I'm in my 70's, started lifting in the 1960's. I was Trained by a Top 10 Amateur Weight Lifters who knew about Brewers Yeast. He also knew & warned Me about Steroids. They were causally available back then too. A LOT of Old School "Word of Mouth" Advice then has been scientifically proven today. Don't shrug off an ol'dudes advice. My Trainer in the 1960's was in his 40's & later became a World Masters Weight Lifting Champion. He knew his shit!
