Product Description
Psyllium Husk, also known as Ispaghula or Isabgol, is the husk of the Plantago ovata plant’s seeds. These husks are coated with mucilage that swells and thickens into a gel when exposed to water.
Friendly reminder, do not allow the mixture to sit after you have mixed it as it will begin to
form a gel.
Anthony’s Psyllium Husk is Gluten Free, Non-GMO, and Vegan Friendly, with no other ingredients or added sugars!
Suggested Use: Stir 1 tsp with 8 oz of water.
Adjust to desired consistency.
Caution: Each serving (1 teaspoon) should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid. Eating this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not eat this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
