Product Description
Sugar, step aside. Monk Fruit, enter center stage! Anthony’s Erythritol & Monk Fruit Sweetener is made from a perfect balance of two of the most popular sugar alternatives, resulting in a 1:1 sugar replacement. Use our Erythritol & Monk Fruit Sweetener in your favorite cooking and baking recipes as a substitute for brown sugar.
Why use our Erythritol & Monk Fruit Sweetener you ask? Because our blend offers the same sweet taste of sugar without any calories! Meaning you CAN have your cake and eat it too. Literally. Without any calories from sugar! Additionally, our blend has zero net carbs, is Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, and is Keto, Paleo & Vegan friendly.
Also, in an effort to provide full transparency to our customers, we have purposefully called our blend “Anthony’s Erythritol Monk Fruit Sweetener”. There are numerous purveyors that have simply called their products “Monk Fruit Sweetener”. We believe this not only to be in bad taste (no pun intended), but misleading and downright fraudulent. As most eagle-eyed customers can see, the main ingredient in most all “Monk Fruit Sweeteners” is Erythritol. We believe naming a product with an ingredient (Monk Fruit) that only comprises a small fraction of the complete ingredients of a blend (Erythritol), to be extremely unethical. For that reason, we chose to be fully transparent, and name our blend exactly what it is, as that is what we believe our customers desire. Honesty.
