Product Description
Not to be mistaken with Oat Flour, Oat Fiber is made from the hull of an oat, which is the outer shell of the oat kernel. After separating the hulls from the oats, the hulls are ground into a fine powder. This insoluble fiber has a great water absorbing ability and dissolves easily.
Our Organic Oat Fiber can be added to muffins, cupcakes, smoothies, cereals, cookies, and shakes! Use Oat Fiber as a substitute for wheat-based fiber to improve the texture and crumb of your homemade bread. It even makes a great binding agent for meatballs or meatloaf! You can basically sprinkle it on any food for an extra boost of fiber!
Anthony’s Organic Oat Fiber is Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Vegan, and Keto-Friendly.
Anthony's Organic Oat Fiber is as patriotic as they come, as our Oat Fiber is Grown, Prepared & Packaged in the US of A!
