From the mountains of Peru, we present Maca Root. It has been used by the indigenous people of that region for thousands of years! The term ‘gelatinized’ simply refers to the process of breaking down the hard-to-digest starches of the whole Maca Root.
Gelatinized Maca Root is slightly smoother and sweeter than the non-gelatinized version of Maca. Our Organic Maca Root Powder has a malted taste reminiscent of toasted oats and butterscotch.
