Product Description
Coriander seeds, commonly known as cilantro seeds or Chinese parsley, pack a nutty citrus flavor that pairs well with Latin, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines. Coriander is considered both an herb and a spice since both its leaves and seeds are used as a seasoning. These brown plump seeds have a hollow cavity containing essential oils that flavor dishes while cooking. Coriander can be roasted, ground or used whole for a variety of food applications. Roasting and grinding brings out the warm, aromatic, and slightly citrus flavor.
Anthony’s Coriander Seeds are Organic, Gluten Free and Non-Irradiated. Use them for pickling, grinding into curry pastes, spice blends and more!
