At first I didn't like the fact that it was in a powder form. I had always used the more rough cut (grainy) which is what I thought I had purchased. However, after using the powder for a few days, I have come to prefer it over the more bulky product. It is easier to mix up (only use cold water, it will clump quickly in warm(er) water) and much easier to drink. It doesn't feel like you're drinking sawdust. It is rather like a thickened drink. Much more palatable.
