¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
-
2 slices of brioche

Instructions
Savory french toast meets grilled cheese–with a Middle Eastern twist.1. Add the eggs, za’atar, sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper to a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Heat a large pan greased with olive oil.
3. Add the egg mixture to a shallow bowl and coat both sides of each brioche slice in the mixture.
4. Pan fry the battered brioche until golden brown on both sides. Remove the pan from the heat and place two slices of provolone onto one slice. Top with the other slice and cover the pan, letting the cheese melt.
5. Serve sprinkled with more za’atar for a flavor boost.
