Ingredients

Ingredients for the strawberry layer:
	•	2 cups frozen strawberries
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract
	•	¼ cup orange juice
	•	⅓ cup Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut Flakes
	•	½ cup coconut yogurt
	•	2 dates (optional, for added sweetness)
	•	1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Almond Protein Powder

Ingredients for the mango layer:
	•	2 cups frozen mango
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract
	•	½ cup Anthony’s Goods Shredded Coconut
	•	½ cup coconut yogurt
	•	1 tbsp Anthony’s Goods Almond Protein Powder

Instructions

This strawberry-mango smoothie is a flavor-packed feast for the eyes. Boasting an ombré like a summer sunrise, a protein smoothie has never looked so good.

1. Place all of the strawberry layer ingredients into the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth. Add little splashes of almond milk if the mixture keeps getting stuck.

2. Pour the strawberry smoothie into a bowl and set in the fridge. Rinse out the blender and add all of the mango layer ingredients in. Blend until smooth.

3. Assemble! Fill half of a glass with the strawberry smoothie, then top with the mango smoothie. Sprinkle with more shredded coconut, if desired.
