Ingredients
• 24 oz frozen edamame • 2 cloves garlic, minced • ¼ cup green onion, sliced • 1 tbsp ginger paste • 1 tbsp sesame oil • 2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce • ½ tbsp honey • 2 tsp Gochujang • 1 tsp Anthony’s Goods Organic Corn Starch • Anthony’s Goods Black Sesame Seeds and Unhulled White Sesame Seeds, for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Here’s the perfect appetizer for a Korean BBQ night–Gochujang spiced edamame, sprinkled with crunchy sesame seeds. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, Gochujang and corn starch until smooth. 2. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan and saute the garlic, green onions and ginger paste, until fragrant. Toss in the frozen edamame and let it cook for about 5 minutes. 3. Pour in the sauce and toss to coat the edamame. Cook for another few minutes until the sauce has thickened, then remove from the heat and sprinkle with the black and white sesame seeds. 4. Enjoy while warm.
