Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
Cookie bar: ¾ cup almond milk 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Pea Protein ⅓ cup Anthony’s Erythritol ⅓ cup Anthony’s Peanut Powder ¼ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour ¼ teaspoon baking soda Frosting: 1 cup powdered sugar ⅓ cup Anthony’s Peanut Powder 3 tablespoons almond milk 2 tablespoons Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
Bars: Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease a 8”x8” glass baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond milk, pea protein, and erythritol; mix well. Add the peanut powder, coconut flour, and baking soda. Press into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool. Frosting: In a bowl, combine all the frosting ingredients and mix well. Frost cookie crust and cut into bars. Enjoy!
