Ingredients
Peppermint Layer: ½ cup powdered sugar ¼ cup Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 1 teaspoon peppermint extract Chocolate Layer: ¼ cup Anthony's Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 3 tablespoons Anthony’s Goods Cocoa 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
Peppermint Layer: Cream together all peppermint layer ingredients and spread evenly in the bottom of a medium-sized loaf pan. Chocolate Layer: Melt together all chocolate layer ingredients and spread over peppermint layer. Swirl layers together with a knife. Freeze until solid. Cut into squares; store in an airtight container in the freezer.
