Low Carb Coconut Flour Bread

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 egg whites
⅓ cup Anthony’s Coconut Oil, melted
¼ cup almond milk
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
⅓ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour
1 tablespoons Anthony’s Psyllium Husk Powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ tablespoon Anthony’s Erythritol

Instructions

Preheat oven 350° Fahrenheit and grease a 7.5”x3.5” loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and egg whites.
Add the coconut oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar; mix well.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, baking soda, and erythritol; mix well.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Transfer to prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool and cut.
